Hub Access

Hub Access is an electronic platform that allows you to view your past and future appointments, complete your COVID-19 screening, and check-in the day of your appointment.     

If this is your first appointment at the Aline-Chrétien Health Hub, you must first create your unique identifier by downloading the eID-ME Digital ID (Bluink). This will ensure the confidentiality of your personal information and allow you to quickly log in to Hub Access later.   

Once your unique ID is created, you can then log in to Hub Access to view your appointments.   

In-person Appointment 

You have an appointment at the Aline-Chrétien Health Hub (2225 Mer-Bleue Road).  

To speed up the process, on the day of your appointment, you will be able to do your COVID-19 screening directly in Hub Access. If you do not have a smartphone or if you are unable to connect to Hub Access, someone will be available to do your COVID-19 screening in person.

When you arrive, you can also complete your appointment check-in through the platform using your smartphone. If you do not have a smartphone, you can also use the check-in kiosks to indicate your arrival at the Hub.   

Virtual Appointment

Up to 30 minutes before your appointment time, you can virtually check-in through the platform. This will alert your provider that you are ready for your appointment.  

If you do not have a smartphone or if you are unable to connect to Hub Access, you connect to your appointment by clicking "Join Session" in the e-mail/text message sent from the Aline-Chrétien Health Hub, which you will receive two days before your appointment.
